SeaWash® pH-Neutral Floor Cleaner SeaWash® pH-Neutral Floor Cleaner is the most versatile floor cleaner available in the market today. This cleaner can be used to safely and effectively clean the toughest soils from all floor surfaces. SeaWash® pH-Neutral Floor Cleaner is user friendly (does not cause headaches, dermatitis, chapped skin, rashes, etc.) and environmentally friendly (pH-neutral, biodegradable, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and non-flammable). SeaWash® pH-Neutral Floor Cleaner cleans by penetrating through the soils to the floor surface, where it reverses the ions of the soils, releasing them from the floor (surface active surfactants). Surfactant blend cleaners leave the surface clean, but not damaged. Alkaline floor cleaners use old technology that cleans by corrosive action attacking the soils from the outside surface of the soil, removing soils layer by layer, and often etching/dulling the floor surface to be cleaned. SeaWash®-70 Parts Cleaning Solution SeaWash®-70 Parts Cleaning Solution has been certified by the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) in Los Angeles, California as a “Clean Air Solvent”. This certification is the most stringent ever imposed by a regulatory agency for solvent degreasing compounds and requires that the solution contain less than 50 g/l of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and no EPA Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), Ozone-Depleting Compounds (ODCs), or Global Warming Compounds (GWCs). SeaWash®-70 is the most effective, safest, water-based cleaning solution offered today. SeaWash®-70 cleans a wide range of soils, including oil and grease, carbon, and most adhesives, paints, and inks.
