I have a Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) and have been teaching English for over a decade, nearly 16 years. Furthermore, I taught English, linguistics, principles of teaching, and literature at the university. I worked as the head teacher (educational supervisor) at Shokouh Language Institute, One of the most famous English Institutes in Iran. During those years as the supervisor, I trained a lot of teachers, wrote and designed curriculum, evaluated the progress of teachers and students, prepared tests and quizzes as well as placement tests, and observed the classes. Moreover, I have taught IELTS and CELPIP for many years. In each class that I have taught the skills and techniques of these exams, the majority of my students have passed with acceptable scores and I have been the IELTS mock examiner in recent years.
I have extensive experience and knowledge in ESL instruction with expertise in writing, literature, speaking, and IELTS. I always love to share my enthusiasm with my learners in my classes and motivate them for learning. I have been working with diverse learners such as university students who are studying English, IELTS students, and very beginners who would like to speak and learn English as fast as possible.
In my classes, I try to focus on my student’s needs and goals. So, I facilitate their ways to achieve goals in the shortest time. My strategy in classes is teaching in manners that encourage them to speak and write without the fear of making mistakes. I try to be a valuable resource for my students.
