(1) If we receive the notice of withdrawal from a student no later than 7 days after the effective contract date (payment date) and before the course start date; We will fully refund the tuition fee.

(2) If we receive the notice of withdrawal from a student more than 7 days after the effective contract date (payment date) and at least 30 days before the course start date, we may retain up to 10% of the tuition due under the student enrolment contract, up to a maximum of $1,000.

(3) If we receive the notice of withdrawal from a student more than 7 days after the effective contract date (payment date) and less than 30 days before the course start date, we may retain up to 20% of the tuition due under the student enrolment contract, up to a maximum of $3,000.

(4) If we receive the notice of withdrawal from a student after the course start date and up to and including the date on which 10% of the teaching hours, we may retain up to 30% of the tuition due under the student enrolment contract.

(5) If we receive the notice of withdrawal from a student after the course start date on which more than 10% but before the date on which 30% of the teaching hours, we may retain up to 50% of the tuition due under the student enrolment contract.

(6) If we receive the notice of withdrawal from a student after the course start date on which more than 30% of the teaching hours, we may reject the notice of withdrawal.
