I’m writing this letter to  complain about regular nightly gatherings of some teenagers near my house.

I live in a house near Central Park which overlooks the park’s playground. It’s a two-bedroom house whose bedrooms are located close to the park’s playground.

During the day, kids come to the playground and start playing. Sometimes, it gets noisy but it’s understandable. The problem is recently some teenagers hang around in the park late in the evening and start talking loudly or playing loudly together. The thing is one of these bedrooms belongs to our kid. He cannot concentrate on his studies during that time just because of the loud noise in the park. Not to mention it’s even difficult to get to sleep afterward.

I just tried once or twice to ask them to keep quiet during that time, but they are teenagers who get excited and become uncontrollable. I hope you can put someone on guard on night shift to resolve this issue, or you might put up an official notice in the park to place a dusk-to-dawn curfew.
